Contact Us About Casino Reviews and Partnerships

Need to get in touch with the team at Learn To Bet? This page lists everything you need to know about reaching us — what we handle, how, and how quickly we respond.
What to Contact Us About
We read every message that reaches our inbox. Write to us if you want to:
- Report an error or correction — spotted an outdated bonus, a broken link or a factual mistake in one of our reviews? Tell us the page and the issue, and we’ll look into it.
- Ask an editorial question — queries about how we rate casinos, what goes into our reviews, or why a particular operator is (or isn’t) listed.
- Discuss a partnership or advertising — if you represent a brand and want to talk about working with Learn To Bet, include your company details and a brief description of the proposal so we can route your email correctly.
How to Reach Us
Send all enquiries to [email protected].
We aim to reply to legitimate enquiries within a few business days. Please note:
- One email is enough. Sending repeated messages or writing from multiple addresses only slows things down.
- Keep the subject line clear and specific — it helps us triage faster.
- Marketing offers, spam and off-topic mail may not receive a reply.
What We Can’t Help With
Learn To Bet is an information resource. We are not a casino operator, we don’t hold player accounts, and we cannot process deposits, withdrawals, bonuses or disputes with any gambling site. If your issue is with an operator — a withheld withdrawal, a blocked account or a charge you didn’t authorise — contact that operator directly and keep your own records: screenshots, reference numbers and timestamps. Those are essential if you later escalate to a regulator.
If an offshore site has your money and won’t pay out, be aware that Australian consumer-law recourse, ombudsman access and court jurisdiction generally won’t apply, and Australian authorities will not assist in recovering funds from an unlicensed operator. You can report unlicensed online gambling operators to the regulator in your state or territory.
Concerned About Your Gambling? Don’t Write Here
This inbox is for editorial and business enquiries only. If gambling has stopped being fun — for you or someone close to you — we are not the right people to contact, and we won’t be able to help.
Instead, reach out to proper support services, including BetStop, the National Self-Exclusion Register, and the dedicated helplines and counselling services listed on our responsible gambling page. One thing worth knowing: BetStop covers Australian-licensed services only — it does not close or prevent accounts at offshore casinos, and self-exclusion cannot be shortened once registered (removal requires a statutory declaration and is not possible within the first three months).
For the full list of support tools and where to find them, see our responsible gambling page.
